Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
1. Enter RLI New Business Application into RLI System, process payments, make copies, enter info into Agency Systems, process transactions.

2. Sends applications to RLI for auditing.

3. Answer incoming RLI calls/questions within your scope of duties/abilities.

4. Set up new RLI sub-agents with RLI, and in Agency Systems

5. Email out all endorsements, renewals, to sub-producers.

6. Update Agency Systems as needed with renewals, endorsements, cancellations, re-writes, and process any transactions.

7. Follow up on the Agency Systems diary system.

8. Back up on the Answering the Incoming IIAV phone calls.

9. Maintain a Procedure Manual, updates as needed.

10. Reconcile RLI Agency Bill, account current report.

11. Commission download in Agency Systems RLI Direct bill commission statement.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
- 3 years previous experience as an insurance customer service rep is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
